Present continuous

Hi teachers.

We can say 'I'm leaving this house.' 'She's qutting the company.' 'She's marrying'.

Can we also say 'We're going to New York'?

It's not better using it than using 'We're going to go to New York', is it?

Sure, you can say "We're going to New York."

You would say "We're going to go to New York" for the same reasons that you say "She is going to quit" or "I"m going to leave" instead of "She is quitting" and "I'm leaving."
