The following list is presenting in "phrase" pattern. I would be grateful if someone could help me to modify & correct it.



  1. Common fault signal of Heater no.2 to be failed connection with FMCC



  2. Thermal insulation for water tank to be provided



  3. Installation of thermal insulation for feed pipe from water tank to be found incomplete.



  4. A portion size of feed pipe to be found discrepancy in as fitted drawing



  5. Test for water valve to be found outstanding



  6. Paint for electrical conduits at R/F to be found incomplete.



  7. Rectification for loosen hanger support of air duct and cracked waterproofing at R/F to be found outstanding

Hi, This is long. I think you mean 'found to be incomplete', ie I inspected it and found that it was incomplete. I'll just mark in red some other parts that I don't understand.

Hi,

This is long. Phrases like 'to be found incomplete' are not correct.I think you mean 'found to be incomplete', ie I inspected it and found that it was incomplete.

I'll just mark in red some other parts that I don't understand.
