Hi, Which one is correct? Do you take any prescription medication? Or do you take any prescribed medication?

Thank you in advance.

It may seem counterintuitive, but I'd use this one.

My doctor prescribed that I take 2000 mg Vitamin D3 per day and 1000 mg Calcium.
I buy these items at the druggists, but I don't need a prescription. Anyone can buy vitamins. It is not prescription medicine.

I also have to buy one prescription medicine. The druggist will not sell it to me unless I have a prescription from my doctor.
