How would you say this?

I need prescription glasses. I have a small correction in my left eye. My right eye is perfect.

You would only say "prescription" if they were sunglasses or something that was normally not. If you need glasses, they are presumed to be prescription. You might say "reading glasses" if … well, you get the idea.
