prepositions to and on

0 Hello. Please can anybody explain me what is the difference between "... turn left to the road ... " and "... turn left on the road... ". Or is the meaning of these expressions same? 0-

00I don't think I would use 'to' that way. When I hear people giving directions, they use either 'on' or 'onto' with no difference in meaning, but I personally prefer '01b00onto02b00':02br
