Prepositions: "[in/of] this size" and "[in/of] this shape

I have made up the sentences below.

(1a) I need a box this size.

(1b) I need a box in this size.

(1c) I need a box of this size.

(2a) I need a box this size.

(2b) I need a box in this size.

(2c) I need a box of this size.

I am not sure which preposition(s) fit my sentences. Or do you need any prepositions for them? My non-native English speaking friends cannot help. Please tell me which preposition, if any, works in my sentences. Thank you.

The a)s are OK. I would not use the b)s or c)s, though they're not wrong. You use the b) version for clothes.
