The use of "grade 9" and "high school" suggests American English, so you need "good grades in math" to be consistent.

American: math; British: maths.
American: grades; British: marks

You also need to suppress your tendency to capitalize nouns:

From ninth grade through twelfth, I always got good grades in math.
OR
Through all of high school I always got good grades in math.

(High school is normally 9th grade through 12th grade.)
