Which prepositions would you use in the following sentence?

I took the word "please" to the end of the sentence because I haven't heard the construct "please could" so far.
And in this sentence, I'd use "at the beginning" instead of "in the beginning".

None of them sounds natural to me. Other native speakers might have different ideas.

I'd be more likely to say "Please talk me through the stages in applying for a job". Actually, with 'talk me through', I probably wouldn't even use 'the stages in'. I might say "Please talk me through what I have do to
