Prepositions

Hopefully, you would help me.

I'm not happy in my job. (in an activity)

I'm not happy with my result. (with sth received)

I'm not happy about the delay. (about a situation)

something wrong with the prepositions?

Top answer

No, nothing wrong, but the reasons you give are not exclusive. These all work, and the various prepostions have essentially the same meaning within each sentence: I'm not happy in/with/about my job. I'm not happy with/about my results.
