Hi,
Please tell me what is the difference. I want your opinion.

He has informed you of/about possible long-term problems. -- I think this can go either way and both are good; but I can't pinpoint possible subtle differences.
Those are not exactly words to win friends by/with. -- I think you can say either "you win friends with kinds words" or "you win friends by saying kind words."
