Prepositions

I'm not sure about the use of the preposition to be used in the following context:
1) such programmes are not interesting TO me
2) such programmes are not interesting FOR me
Which one do I have to choose?
Thanks for your help

I would say 'don't interest me' but if you insist on using on of those ones I tend more to 'to', -- I think of 'to' as of 'in my opinion'.

I think both are correct, yet I'd prefer the "to me" version.
Another way of saying this is "I'm not interested in such programmes"

Hi Pieanne

I also think they mean different things

'To me' here means that the programmes just don't interest me and don't any attract me.
'For me', to me, means that using these programs doesn't interest me; 'they don't suit my age\status' maybe...

There was a post with the same question, only it was with "difficult", and in that case the difference between both possibilities was more obvious.
"to me" = "in my opinion"
"for me" = "for my capacities" more or less.
