Prepositions

Aren't the prepositions one of the most difficult thing in the English language? Actually I know two other languages and these tiny words are a problem too.

I would like to discuss about this. Would you like to join me?

For example:

Would you say "Music from the 19th Century" or "Music of the 19th Century"?

Many people have this problem because there is no such concept of preposition in their mother tongue . The use of it depends on the situation most of the time. eg.
