Preposition with hesitate: to or in?

Hi

Are "hesitate to" and "hesitate in" the same? Would you say that both of the following sentences are equally natural?

She didn't hesitate to call me at 2 in the morning.

She didn't hesitate in calling me at 2 in the morning.

Thanks,

Tom
