Do you have any tips that will help me to distinguish clearly whether a particular word or phrase is a preposition or an adverbial conjunction? Do I have to look at the dictionary to get any idea or are there other easier ways? I think normally what comes after a preposition is a noun or its equivalent and what comes after an adverrbial conjunction is a dependent clause.
