Preposition use in this sentence

This is the sentence in question,

Mass will be held on Monday, 12th July at 11:30AM at St Albert's Church
I am confused about the second instance of "at". Should it rather be,
Mass will be held on Monday, 12th July at 11:30AM in St Albert's Church
