Preposition to use with "fit"

Which propositions should I use with fit?

1- I fitted a door to/in my house.

2- I fitted a TV on/to the wall of my house.

3- They fitted smoke alarms to/on the ceiling.

I'd say 'in my house', 'on the wall', and 'on the ceiling( s )'.
