Preposition + to infinitive

In order to live up to parents' the college entrance examination expectation, Senior Three students are burying themselves to meet the challenges of to come.

At the end, of to come, is that a right expression? If so can anybody give me another example. If NOT, Why? Many thanks for reply.

Thanks, I see.

The problem is above sentence is a question in a exam

they provided 4 options

A. to come B.coming C.to be coming D.having come

The teacher said the right answer is A which quite puzzled me. but anyway, we can forget that sentence, just focused on if the structure "of + to come" can make sense. or more general "preposition + to do" can make sense.

Well, if 'of' was included in the original, poorly written sentence, then none of the options fit.
