If we were worring about ending a sentence with a preposition, where would we place 'to'?
a. I struggle to be friends with a girl whose personality and looks I'm attracted to.
b. I struggle to be friends with a girl the looks and personality of whom I'm attracted to.
Are these versions acceptable also?
c. I struggle to be friends with a girl whom I'm attracted to the looks and personality of.
d. I struggle to be friends with a girl of whom I'm attracted to the looks and personality.

Note that if you're trying to avoid ending in "to" you wouldn't want to end in "of" either.
This ridiculous notion that ending a sentence with a preposition is some sort of grammatical offense is why you end up with awkward sentences like those example.
Try the simple approach:
I find it hard to be "just friends" with a girl when I'm attracted to her looks and personality.
