Preposition: operate on/with a new schedule

I have made up the sentences below.

(1) In the next summer, ABC Company will operate on a new schedule.

(2) In the next summer, ABC Company will operate with a new schedule.

Next summer ABC Company will operate on/with a new schedule.

Both 'on' and 'with' are acceptable. (I'd say 'on' if that makes any difference to you.)
