Preposition of place or movement

Hi Everyone,

I always thought that the word - through - is a preposition of movement.

'I'm walking though the house.'

However, most preposition sites and books say that it's one of place.

Does anyone think it's one of movement?

Thanks

Does anyone think it's one of movement? It's a moot point. You can't have movement except from place to place .

  • I'd say it's both.
