Preposition "OF"

this is a pen of mine
die of cholera
the five of us
an angel of a women
leg of table

Of can use in many situation that is very difficult for me , anyone can help me and give the simple rules of "OF" I'll be very thankful for you !!

I'm not even going to begin to try. I suppose the broadest category might be roughly that connected with an idea of 'belonging/possession' but that's about it for a short answer.
