Preposition in, for, from, of

I have to choose one of those preposition to fit into a sentence: in, for, from, of:

1) I tried a green skirt, but it was too big for me and they didn't have one of my size.
Why here I cannot use one IN my size ?

2) I've wanted one ____ those _____ ages.

3) The girl ___ the shop said it was made ___ cotton.

Which one wold be correct for third one
Because Nata choosed ~ of , and Mentee ~ from

It was made from cotton
Or
It was made of cotton

Have no idea which one would be more correct

Ps, I'd choose the preposition of for this

It was made of cotton

I think preposition from, we cannot use here
