Preposition "in"

Hi,

Is "in" a right preposition in my sentences below?

- "The TAC level decreases in the group exposed to 5000 lux light intensity during 7 and 14 days."

- "Significant changes in MDA level were only observed in the group exposed to 8000 lux light intensity."
