Preposition, by, in [by going through ABC Park]

I have made up the examples below.

(1) I got to your house by going through ABC Park.

(2) I got to your house, going through ABC Park.

I'm not sure which sentence is correct: with "by" or with "the comma". Please help me. Thank you for your time and help.
