Preposition before date-time

We say "at 10 am", "at noon", "in the morning", "on Monday" and on "30 Jan 2009". What preposition should we use when the date and the time are put together? For example,
1. It happened ___ Monday morning.
2. It happened ___ Tuesday noon.
3. It happened ___ 30 Jan 2009 10 am.
4. It happened ___ 30 Jan 2009 morning.

Thank you for the reply. I am aware that we can re-arrange the words and insert a preposition before the time. Do you mean native speakers never say 2, 3 and 4 as in my original examples?
