Do I have to use for, to, of,...etc. Which preposition is correct?

Of the prepositions you listed, 'thoughtful to having' and 'thoughtful of having' are very unlikely.

'thoughtful for having' is possible, but if we see the whole sentence, we may be able to help you even more because, I'm sorry to say, "It's so thoughtful for having a ..." doesn't sound like it's going to add
