Which one of the following is grammatically correct?

I am doing B.tech from IIT.
I am doing B.tech in IIT.

When posting abbreviations, it's a good idea to say what those abbreviations represent. tech is some course of study and IIT is some kind of educational institution. tech at IIT.

When posting abbreviations, it's a good idea to say what those abbreviations represent. I assume B.tech is some course of study and IIT is some kind of educational institution.

Use the last one: I am doing B.tech at IIT.

I think it should be "I am doing a B.Tech at IIT."
