Could you tell me which one is right between the prepositions in the following sentence? Thank you in advance.

She spends much time [at/in or around] the ocean every day.

at - She's at the beach enjoying the sun.
in - She's swimming.
around - She's near the ocean.

"around" is the least satisfactory. It would be better to say "near".
