Hi,

Can anyone tell me which of the following sentence is correct?

1. Personal assistant to Mr. John Doe, or

2. Personal assistant of Mr. John Doe.

Neither of those are sentences.

Depending on the context both "to" and "of" could be used. If you are describing a job then "to" is used more frequently.
