Preposition

Can anyone help me with correct preoposition usage?

I am at the office or in the office.

I am on a meetting. Is this correct?

I am in the office or at the office.

I am at the office (focus is more on the work than the building) I am in the office. (focus is slightly more on the building) I am on a meeting. I am in/at a meeting.

I am at the office (focus is more on the work than the building)

I am in the office. (focus is slightly more on the building)

I am on a meeting.

I am at the office or in the office. -- Both are possible, and in practice there isn't a huge difference between the two. "in" tends to suggest that you are physically inside an office building or room. "at" tends to make the office sound like a location, contrasted with other locations: "Are you at home?" "No, I'm at the office".
