Preposition

Graduates with the relevant qualification to their respective employers...
Graduates with the relevant qualification for their respective employers...

Teachers should have a deep knowledge in course content.
Teachers should have a deep knowledge of course content.

All these to, in, for, of, on etc... I can never get them right. Most of the time I just go with what I feel is right. Is there a website that explains it all?
