Is it correct to say "You will need to make 100 % prepayment during a contract concluding".

I think, I mean that. Just I don't exactly know how to write it correctly. In my mind, a client sign the contract and during this process pay the money. That's why I'm asking

Just say payment, not prepayment.

You could also say
eg Full payment is due when the contract is signed.
