Preparing for the CELTA

Hi all,

I am going to do my CELTA in Madrid this September, I have wanted to do it for over a year now but last summer I chickened out and my friend went to Budapest on her own and did it. I have been teaching for a few years now, one in an academy, a few months in summer camps and a year in public bilingual school. The problem is my confidence and worrying about failing. I love being an English teacher and this is the career I want so It´s extremely important to me - I will be the one scribbling down every word the teacher says!

I am studying a CELTA book now and looking at assignments online.

Is there anything that you found that helped you alot? Any textbooks or articles or something that you would recommend studying before starting the course?
