Preparing a student for an interview at an international school:
Hey guys, I work as an ALT in a junior high school in Japan and have been trying to help a student prepare for a interview with an international school. I'm not sure what the exact questions are, but they would be something along lines of what his purposes for attending the school are, why he wants to study english, and another general questions that might gauge his interest in english and if he is ready to be of value of the school and if he can receive value from the school. I've made him write a self-introduction of himself, and we've done some work where he would read some passage, and I ask questions to which he would answer to best of his ability (grammatically and such).
I was wondering if anybody here had experience with this and wouldu greatly appreciate their advice/opinions on this matter.
Thanks!
