Premise

Hi,
I heard a sentence on a radio show, but I am not sure about its words. I think it is one of these two.
Can you please verify?

1. The whole premise of this show is for me to seat in and voice my opinion.

2. The whole premise of this show is me seating in and voicing my opinion.

Thanks,
MG.
