Premiere or premier?

Is it a premiere or premier episode of a TV show / premiere or premier issue of a magazine ?

Which one is used here?

And for clarity, would you use:

do's and don'ts
OR
dos and don'ts

Thanks.

Usage Note: In entertainment contexts, the verb premiere has become the standard way of saying "to introduce to the public," or "to be introduced to the public." Sinc
