Pregnecy question

How would you ask the question:

How many percentage are you effaced?

Is 'furthest along' correct and what about 'least furthest along'

I am the furthest along.
I am the least furthest along of the 3 of my friends.

Thanks

For the least far along, there seems not to be a common term. Strange!

This is a pregnancy term.

When you are 100% effaced, it's almost time to go into labour.

I would like to know how you would ask the question? What percentage are you effaced? [Is that grammatical to you]?

Thank you so muc

I have been involved, as husband, brother, father, friend and colleague with quite a few pregnant women in my time, and I have never heard 'effaced' used in this way.

I would like to know how you would ask the question? I wouldn't.

I can't imagine that anyone other than a medical professional would ask this question.
And if they ask the woman, would she know?

What percentage are you effaced? [Is that grammatical to you]?

I have just checked with COCA. As far as I could see, none of the 118 citations for 'effaced' had any connection with pregnancy.
