Pregnant wife.

My girlfriend asked me when I'll be pregnant after marriage and there's something I desire to eat at 12 midnight, would you go in the market spoiling your sleep to buy me that food?

I said.

After you get pregnant, I will buy whatever you like to eat and put them in the refrigerator already, so when you ask me I could get that thing in an instant.

I will buy foods a pregnant woman desires to eat and keep them in the fridge already.

Please correct my post with your marker pen for learning purpose and tell me what shall I use here already or any other adjective.
