Pregnancy terminology

What is the correct way to phrase this please?

How many days past women’s due date, does the doctor decide to induce labour?

She is past her due date/past her term.

If your pregnancy lasts 1 week past your estimated due date, your doctor will probably begin checking your baby more closely. (Last one week past? Don’t you say lasts x days? )

thank you
