Prefer, would prefer

Hello,How are you?I have two questions regarding the following structures with  "prefer". Which of them is ungrammatical (if any)? Are there any  differences in their meanings and usages?1- I prefer swimming to walking.2- I prefer to swim rather than walk.3- I would prefer swimming to walking.4- I would prefer to swim rather than walk.  I greatly appreciate your help in advance.

2- I prefer to swim rather than [to] walk. (OK.)

3- I would prefer swimming to walking. (I'd say : I would rather swim than walk, or simply I'd prefer to swim.)

4- I would prefer to swim rather than walk. (The same, I'd say : I would rather swim than walk, or simply I'd prefer to swim.)

They are all grammatical. They all mean the same thing. Those with "would" are slightly gentler, weaker statements than those without "would".
