Prefer, would prefer

Hello,

How are you?

I have two questions regarding the following structures with "prefer". Which of them is ungrammatical (if any)? Are there any differences in their meanings and usages?

1- I prefer swimming to walking.

2- I prefer to swim rather than walk.

3- I would prefer swimming to walking.

4- I would prefer to swim rather than walk.

I greatly appreciate your help in advance.
