"Would you prefer ..." is better here. "Do you prefer ..." would suit a general question e.g. "Do you prefer working on Tuesdays or Fridays?" Of the "Would you prefer ..." sentences, (4) is the most awkward to my eye. The others are acceptable I suppose, but usually we would not bother to repeat "to work on"/"working on". You can simply say e.g. "Would you prefer to work on Tuesday or Friday?"
