Vocabulary

Precut/predefined and fit together like puzzle

Could you help me with this please?

1 These aren't the usual cookies we buy. These don't open the way they normaly do. The ones I buy have an easy to open precut/predefined opening (dotted line that you press and opens)

(how would you say all 2 sentences and the bold part, what are those called, boxes with east to open.... is it precut, defined.

2 When he closes his fingers close together so that there are no gaps between each finger, the fingers fit perfectly together like a puzzle. (how would you say?)

3 These pieces also fit together like a puzzle, allowing us to glimpse AT the grand scale of the original carpet. (do you put AT?)

4 How would you express what I'm trying to say in as few words as possible?

thank you

For 1 How would you say the last sentence?

1 The box has a precut opening. (what are they called in the US?)

For 2

Is that how you'd say it and correct, I'm I getting my word across?

thanks

I think you're looking for 'perferated line'.
