"You are a precise man."

Somebody, please, tell me;

Is the sentence cited abover is sound and natural?

What is the meaning of the sentence?

Is the use of "precise" in this sentence correct? If not what is the wright word to be used?

I know the meaning of the word but I never read or heard it being used with "man".

It is not natural. I suppose they meant that he speaks in exact language (he gives precise accurate numbers), or maybe he pays attention to details.
