Precedents of relative pronouns

Please check of the following sentences are right or wrong.

1. He who got a perfect score looks so happy.
2. He got a perfect score who looks so happy.
3. I like him who is Ann's best friend.
4. This which looks old was one of my favorites.
5. She had this for a while which looked old and worn.
6. They who believe in God will help us.
7. I trust them who trust me.

Grammatical. The structure seems too formal for the subject matter though.

You may see sentences with this kind of structure in old books. In modern English it is effectively incorrect.
