Having 6 employees has been transferred to other states in India being their good salary, but I am working as Welder since 4 years six months and transferring as Paint Roller since 1 and half years as both works in the same salary since 6 years, neither salary nor increment increased during now my continuing pay Rs.3300/- only. They have informed me that I was better to work as Welder profitable job, now I am mistake to transfer as Paint Roller. However Prices rises increased the meeting expenses towards family members, besides my daughter school expenses fees. I am Physically Handicapped (Deaf and dumb) aged 45 years, as already working since 20 years in your company, but due to my facing financial problem without increase salary. Therefore I request you to kindly sanction pass orders my salary increased so as enable to save my miserable life as well as my deaf wife and children hardship.
