Praise/criticize your job

Suppose that when you are talking to your friends about your job, you make a lot of positive comments about it. You are saying things like: lots of breaks, high pay, easy duties, and so on.

(1) You are praising your job a lot.

Suppose that you don't like your job, and you make a lot of negative comments about it. You are saying things like: long work hours, low pay, lots of tough rules, and so on.

(2) You are criticizing your job a lot.

Is it OK to say "praise or criticize" your job? Thank you for your help.
