Practise vs Practice

I know this is a common one but I need help anyway. I'm editing a book using UK English. One of the sections is called "Let's Practice", but it's spelled differently throughout (it's a recurring section).
My understanding is that practISe is a verb, and practICE is a noun. So shouldn't this be "practise"?
