Practise the questions and ask me questions

Hi,

Question:
Can any word replace either of the "questions" in my sentence?
I feel writing 2 identical words in a sentence is not good.

Sentence:
Students would prastice the questions on an exercise sheet and ask me questions.

If no word is available, I think I can rewrite the sentence as:
Students would work on an exercise sheet and ask me questions

Thanks
