practice

0I have a question about the word 'practice'. From what I know, the definitions of 'practice' can be two-fold depending on whether you are using the word either of these two ways: one deals with doing something regularly and the other one deals with something you do to improve your ability; and it seems to be a known fact if it is something you do regularly, it should be countable and if you do to improve your ability, then it should be considered uncountable.02br

00Eventhough I am sure about the correctness of the content of this sentence, does it exhibit a correct use of the word 'practice'?02br

'to not to' is unnecessary, and should just be 'not to' or 'to not'02br 02br 00 2. 0 Hi,02br
00 I wouldn't make such generalisms about countable and uncountable nouns here, as rules often don't apply so evenly.02br
