Are these sentences correct ?

#1 He went to build a monument like Lincoln memorial which it commemorateed his achievement as well as the spirts of those great men.

#2 If I had a chance to ask my favor president of all-time, Gerorge W.Bush, except Bill Clinton, I would ask, " why did you go to war againt Iraq ?".
